2. Are the prices on the website end prices or will there be additional taxes?
All our prices are inclusive of VAT. The amount displayed at the time of payment is the end price.

3Is shipping free?

- We deliver FREE Shipping on Orders above €34.99 across France, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Austria, Denmark, Hungary, Italy, Portugal, San Marino. We deliver direct-to-home or to the nearest Relay/Service Point.

The shipping rates are applicable as per the table below.

4. Do you Charge shipping rates on the basis of Weight ?
 

- Shipping is Free as per the conditions stated above for All Orders Below 23 Kilos to all Zip Codes in France, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Austria, Denmark, Hungary, Italy, Portugal, San Marino. For Orders above 23 Kgs, we request you to order the items separately. 

5. What is the Delivery Time for the Orders ?

Delivery Timelines for Orders from France, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Luxemburg

- If you order before 12 Noon on Monday to Friday, Your Order shall be dispatched on the same day and you'll receive the package with in 24 to 72 hours at home.
- For Orders during Weekends, the shipment will be dispatched on next working day and you'll receive the order with in 24 to 72 hours .You can track the package by the tracking link sent on sms/email sent by our delivery provider.

- If you choose the preferred Relay/Service point as delivery method, you will receive the parcel within 2 to 5 business days.

REGISTRATION

1. How do I register?
- You can register by clicking on the "signup" link at the bottom left corner of the homepage. Please provide the information in the form that appears. You can review the terms and conditions. Later on, you can provide your payment mode details and order from us.

2. Are there any charges for registration?
-No. Registration is absolutely free.

3. Do I have to necessarily register to shop on mixe.store?
- You can order as a guest. However, we recommend you to register, in order to receive our promotions, flash deals and ease your checkout process in the subsequent orders

4. Can I add more than one delivery address in an account?
-Yes, you can add multiple delivery addresses in your account. However, remember that all items placed in a single order can only be delivered to one address. If you want different products delivered to different addresses you need to place them as separate orders.

5. Can I have different city addresses under one account and still place orders for multiple cities?
Yes, you can place orders for multiple cities and multiple addresses.

 

PAYMENTS

1. What are the modes of payment?
You can pay for your order on mixe.store using the following modes of payment:

  1. Credit and debit cards (VISA/ Mastercard/ AMEX/ Diners Club).
  2. Paypal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay
  3. Bank transfer

2. Is it safe to use my credit/ visa or mastercard on mixe.store?
Yes, it is absolutely safe to use your card on mixe.store. Our main aim is to provide you the best experience while shopping 
with us. It includes extra security for customers, thus making online shopping safer.

3. If I pay by credit card how do I get the amount back for items not delivered?
If we are not able to deliver all the products listed in your order and you have already paid for them online, the balance amount will be refunded to your bank account directly within 48 hrs to 72 hrs.

 

 SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY RELATED

1. Who will deliver my order?
-We use the services of prominent Europe-based delivery partners to deliver customer orders.

2. Where can you deliver the products?
-We deliver to all locations and ZIP codes across France, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Austria, Denmark, Hungary, Italy, Portugal, San Marino.

3. When can I expect to receive my package after order placement?
- If you choose Home Delivery, you will be able to receive your product within next 24 to 48 hours. And, If you choose the preferred Relay/Service point as delivery method, you will receive the parcel within 2 to 5 business days.

4. Is it possible to arrange a time and date for delivery?
- Yes. After Check-out, you would get an option to select the relay point close to your home and select the time, date for delivery.

5. What is Mondial Relay?
- Mondial Relay is a nearest picking point service chosen by you while making an order (if you will select this option, you will be shown free pick up points nearest your address, you can select a point and your order will arrive there).
Once the order is dispatched from our warehouse, it is picked by mondial relay service, you will receive both sms and e-mail notifications to track your order. Your order stays for 14 days to the pickup point and if not picked, it will be automatically send back to us. In this case, you will receive a full refund.

6. Is it possible to track my order during delivery?
- Yes. Our Delivery Partner will send you an email with your tracking number. You can then track the package on their websites. (Please note that the tracking website does only show an incomplete address due to data privacy reasons. This does not mean that the parcel was shipped to an incomplete address, it is just not shown completely on the tracking website).

7. Packaging:
- Your order will be safely packaged in a kraft carton.
If by any chance, your order arrives in more than one package, please note that we don’t charge twice or for multiple packages.

 

ORDER RELATED

 

1. Can I add products into my existing order before the dispatch?
Once the order is placed, it goes directly to our logistics department for dispatch. It is therefore not possible to add more products to an existing order. Please contact our customer support team for any modification of order

2. Is it possible to pre-order an item out of stock?
No, it is not possible to order an item out of stock.

3. Is it possible to cancel my order?
Yes, it is possible to cancel your order before it is dispatched.

 

RETURNS

1. Can I return an article?
- We promise to deliver top quality products from our warehouse and our world-class logistics/3PL partners would adhere to stringent practices in the entire process. If you are not satisfied with quality/condition of the product delivered, you can reach out to us with Order No. and Tracking ID to customerservice@mixe.store or communicate the issue to our website chat team.

 

REFUNDS

If you are not happy with our order, we shall initiate a refund against the specific affected products and provide a customized coupon/credits to you. OTHERS

1. I am a corporate/ business. Can I place orders?
